About
My name is Ben Herland and I am a Norwegian composer and music producer with classical music training from childhood and educated Master of Music Management from Westminster University, London. I compose music for various media projects like advertisement and larger cinematic projects like trailers, documentaries, gaming and other.
As a composer, I am very diverse in genres and musical expressions, often mixing elements from classic cinematic/epic, world and electronic music genres in order to align the musical expression tailored to my clients vision.
As a producer and artist, (under the name Ben Alexander) I have produced music with national and international artists for commercial releases primarily focusing on pop and electronic music genres. These works have been featured on radio and acclaimed in Norwegian and intentional press, something I am very grateful for.
Collaborating with 4 different mix -and mastering engineers, I take personal pride in ensuring the professional quality of the music delivered, fit for any purpose or vision.
